Emily Bowes Court

Opened in 2009, Emily Bowes Court is Unite's most modern student accommodation. Internal decoration was carried out to the highest standard, yet to a highly demanding program, to a range of en-suite rooms in 3,4,5,6 and 7 bedroom apartments, as well as studios and ancillary areas.

1 Merchant Square
Client: Laing O'Rourke Contract Value: Circa £300,000
Core and Shell works to 1 Merchant Square. An arresting 15-storey office development to house Marks & Spencer's new head office occupying 220,000 sq.ft of space over 11 floors of offices. The ground floor entrance and atrium are impressive and are accented by the finish we have provided to the steelwork within the glass encased scenic lift which runs from the ground floor through to the seventh floor. We found that our QA and quality plan worked well with Laing O'Rourke's procedures and undoubtedly benefited the project.

Weetabix Kettering
Client: SDC Ltd Contract Value: Circa £200,000
Internal decorations of the Weetabix factory using MasterCoatings innovative Scrub tuff product creating a highly durable stain resistant environment.

Tower Place, London
Client: Mace Ltd Contract Value: Circa £500,000
Both internal and external decorations. Emulsions to ceilings and walls throughout, with a specialist Nullifire intumescent decorative finish for the columns. External decorations to car park soffits, parapets and columns using a specialist Keim mineral paint system.

Boots The Chemist D90 HQ
Client: Mace Ltd Contract Value: Circa £240,000
Internal decorations at the Boots head office in Nottingham. Dulux Vinyl Matt emulsions to ceilings and walls throughout. A Keim specialist mineral coating was also used in the Reception area. Using 'Mobile Towers' and 'Scissor Lifts' for high level access.

Capital One HQ, Nottingham

The Capital One Head Office in Nottingham we carried out both internal and external decorations throughout. Internal ceilings and walls were painted emulsion with various accent walls decorated using a variety of colours from the 'ICI Colour Palette' to create bright and contrasting features. Access for high level areas was gained with the use of various Cherry Pickers, Scissor Lifts and Mobile Towers. A specialist Keim product was also used for all the internal and external structural columns.

Cornerhouse, Nottingham
Client: Wilson Bowden Contract Value: Circa £80,000
Internal decorations at the Cornerhouse entertainment complex. Crown matt emulsion was the main product used for the ceilings and walls. Within the glass Atrium a Leigh's intumescent coating was applied to the circular structural columns with access gained by cantilever scaffold. Other areas included the application of a Anti Slip Floor Coating for all the service corridors, within the fire escapes a Leigh's C237 steel coating was used on all the staircase handrails.

BBC White City
Client: Bovis Lend Lease Ltd Contract Value: Circa £280,000
Internal painting to the basement areas using a specialist coating by Resin Building Products 'Resbuild WB Coating' for the floor areas. Also the ceilings and walls were painted with traditional emulsion paints.

RAC Pall Mall
Client: Woolf Ltd Contract Value: Circa £150,000
Internal decorations of the steelwork around the swimming pool area using a 'Old Penny Bronze' finish. Others areas involved high level decorations to the Squash Courts using mobile towers for access. External decorations to ornamental metalwork such as lampposts, gates & railings.

Greenwich Peninsula Offices 2009

Internal decorations to new build offices. Dulux Mouldshield Fungicidal Eggshell was used for the showers, WC's and kitchen areas. Specialist coatings to steel beams and concrete floors. Also traditional painting methods were applied for the ceilings, walls and woodwork.

BP Sunbury Phase 1&2

Internal decorations to BP's Head Offices comprising of 10 buildings over a 5 year period. This involved traditional painting to ceilings, walls & woodwork.
