Property Maintenance - Balcony Reinstatement

Johns of Nottingham were approached by a private client who wanted to refurbish their balcony at this stunning property. Upon removing the first board, we discovered straight away that this project would be more complex than first imagined. The client was happy for us to restore the balcony back to its original magnificence. The work entailed a full strip back of all existing panels and the original frame, this meant the balcony was built from the frame up again but this time including a waterproof membrane. As you can see from the photos every fine details was considered and the project was neatly finished with new paneling to the floor, balcony and a weatherproof metal top.
