Job Description / Purpose

Skilled operative qualified to NVQ Level 2 +, delivering high quality decorating works.

Must have at least 5 years painting and decorating experience and hold a valid / trade specific CSCS Card.

Good communication skills are essential along with the ability work as part of a team and also alone on projects.

Working away from home may be required from time to time.

Essential Qualifications

NVQ in Painting & Decorating, Full U.K Current Driving License, CSCS Card (Trade specific)

Preferred Qualifications

PASMA & IPAF

PPE provided, Paid holidays, Pension plan contributions, Ongoing training and personal development.

Rate of Pay from £14.46/hr. – Dependent on experience.

We are looking for experienced sub-contract painters within the London area for an immediate start!

Applicants must hold : Current CSCS card

Also NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Painting and Decorating.

Preferred but not essential: PASMA and IPAF Certification.

Ideally must be time served and have site experience of large contracts.

Johns of Nottingham are providing an excellent opportunity for a multi skilled sub-contractor to work with our innovative, dedicated and expanding company. We are looking for a multi-skilled sub-contractor to work alongside our insurance reinstatement team.

The division carries out building repair works across the East Midlands area, meaning the sub-contractor must be conversant in the following trades:

Wall & Floor Tiling either qualified/timeserved.

Joinery either qualified/timeserved.

Plastering either qualified/timeserved. (Preferable, but not essential.)

The majority of work carried out would be on residential sites, however, it is preferable that they can approach commercial sites too.
